Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% and named Tenkuunotaka (Hawk of the Heavens) in tribute to the hawk imagery central to the Takaisami brand. Brewed in Kotourachō at the foot of the Chugoku mountains, it follows the brewery's dry, structured Sanin style with the balanced fragrance characteristic of 50% milled ginjo rice.
