Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% and brewed in the cold of Kotourachō, this daiginjo draws on 13 National New Sake Competition gold medal wins. Milled to the limit and pressed in a traditional wooden fune, it balances fragrant aromatics with a clean, refreshing finish.
