A brewery that brews the famous sake "Taiheiyama" derived from the famous peaks of Akita. Akita Ryuo is known as the origin of the birthplace. Kodama Brewery Corporation started in 1879 in 1879, when the founder Kume Nosuke brewed soy sauce and miso. Later, in 1907, the business form was reorganized into a company organization. The following year, the Akita branch was set up in 41, and it has grown to establish a immovable position as a soy sauce and miso brewers representing Akita. On the other hand, it has been started in the brewing industry since 1923. We send sake from the "Taiheizan" brand, which is derived from the most familiar peaks in the region. "Taiheiyama", which is blessed with many fans, including celebrities from various fields, announced in 1938, the first cold -ended liquor "Rei Taihei Mountain" in 1938.
