Soukou Shuzo's honjozo with gold leaf (kimpakuiri) added, produced at Oita City's only remaining sake brewery. The gold flakes are a traditional presentation element layered over the brewery's characteristically clean honjozo base, brewed with Kumamoto active yeast.
