Description
Kuramitsu's nigorizake is an unfiltered cloudy sake from Oita City's only surviving sake brewery, founded in 1864 and now in its fourth generation. It retains yeast and rice sediment in the bottle, delivering the natural sweetness and texture of unfiltered moromi, brewed with Ono River subterranean water.
