The Soukou Honjozo 1984 from Kuramitsu Shuzo is named for the year 1984 and represents the brewery's honjozo tradition at Oita City's only sake brewery, founded in 1864. It is brewed with Ono River subterranean water using the four-generation handcrafted production approach that underpins all Soukou expressions.
