Soukou Daiginjo Sara Koshu - Daiginjo sake from Soukou Shuzo & Co., Oita
Description

A koshu (aged) version of Kuramitsu's Daiginjo Sara, this sake carries the same Ono River water base and high-ester yeast foundation as the standard release, deepened through extended cellaring. Kuramitsu is the sole surviving sake brewery in Oita City, founded in 1864, and ages a portion of its premium Sara expression to develop additional complexity.
