Use 100 % of Kesennuma -produced sake -based rice "Kura no Hana". Junmai Daiginjo brewed slowly at low temperatures in the cold weather. A gorgeous fruit incense. It features a mellow mouthfeel, a moderately balanced taste and a gentle sweetness. The aftertaste is sharp and sharp.
