Description

Shirayamafuro Honjozo is produced by Nishide Shuzo in Komatsu, Ishikawa, using Ishikawa-grown rice polished to 60% and ultra-soft well water characteristic of the brewery. Founded in the Taisho era, the brewery produces small-batch sake by hand using traditional methods, resulting in a gentle, light-bodied honjozo.
