Description

Shinomine Omachi Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with this distinctive heritage variety polished to 50% at Chiyoshuzou in Nara, a brewery that has made Omachi central to its identity since ex-winemaker Tetsuya Sakai revived the label in 2000. The Katsuragi mountain spring water amplifies Omachi's broad, complex depth at daiginjo-grade refinement.
