Shield Kameno - Junmai Daiginjo sake from TATENOKAWA, Inc., Yamagata
Description

"Kame no Ooo" is a variety called "phantom sake rice" discovered in 1893 (Meiji 26) by Kameji Abe, a hot farmer in Shonai -cho. The elegant scent of "SHIELD Tortoise" is suitable for food sake, and is finished in a core with excellent sweet acid. The Shonai region has long been a place where private farmers have been improving rice breeding by private farmers, and we want to protect the history and products in the form of sake and handle them. The logo mark that combines the "Genji car", the crest of the brewery family, and the "shield (shield)", indicates the intention to keep the inherited one.
