Kimpyo-label sake from the Senkonari line at Himonoya Shuzoten in Nihonmatsu, Fukushima. Notes of mild sweetness with a hint of lactic character are typical of this hand-crafted, everyday local sake that is predominantly distributed within Nihonmatsu city.
