Description

Authentic Satsuma shochu made from Kagoshima Prefecture's sweet potatoes, which are the most suitable for making shochu, and rice malt, using a manufacturing method inherited from Kurose's master brewer in Satsuma. A strong, deep sweetness and a potato-like aroma.
