Description

Junmai Ginjo Sake created by the standard of Daiginjo using Yamada Nishiki from Shiga Prefecture. It is a well -balanced liquor with a moderate ginjo scent and a flavor that features a fresh drinking mouth from Yamada Nishiki. A raw raw sake that can enjoy a fresh feeling than raw sake that tightens the freshness with a special device when bottling. The triple label is a hidden character because white foil is pressed on a white background. Koga, where the brewery is located, is "Koga Ninja no Sato"
