It is a long -established brewery in Oita, which was founded in Mizuike, Nozu -cho, as a man -made shop in Meiji 5. In the first -class river quality survey in 2004, it was located in the upper class of the Ono River, which was one of Japan's best, and set up a warehouse in "Nozu -cho", which is famous for its natural environment, "Yoshiyoshi -san", and has sake and authentic shochu.
