Ginjo-grade sake positioned as a reishu (cold sake) expression, brewed using Hikosan mountain spring water in the Hita basin of Oita. The brewery's house style produces light, clean sake with a refreshing finish, well-suited to chilled serving. Founded in 1804, Inoue Shuzo is noted as home to Oita Prefecture's only female head brewer.
