Platinum is the flagship product of this Nagano brewery, made from Hyogo Tojo Tokku-A district Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% and aged at sub-zero temperatures for three years. The extended ice-temperature maturation deepens the richness of this junmai daiginjo while preserving its refined structure.
