Description

Okushinano Dobu from Iiyama Shuzo takes its name from Okushinano, the deep interior region of the historic Shinano province now known as northern Nagano. This coarsely filtered nigori-style sake retains a significant amount of rice solids, giving it a thick, creamy texture and robust flavor reminiscent of traditional doburoku. The rustic, unrefined character reflects the rugged mountain culture of the Iiyama region.
