Okuhida Shuzo Co., Ltd
Gifu
In Kanayama -cho, Gero -shi, located in the center of Gifu Prefecture, we have been running a liquor store since Kyoho 5 (1720), and we have been able to enter the company for 300 years.
We use pure underwater water, which is unique to the junction of the clear stream "Hida River" and "Masegawa", and brew alcohol.
The mainstay of the founding brand "Hatsushiro" and "Okuhida", which was named with the meaning of "water and greenery surrounded by water and greenery" by Owari's lord, as a focus on the tradition, while protecting the tradition. In order to expand the layer, we are challenging a variety of sake brewing such as fruity raw brews and Tanrei Junmai sake.
Using raw materials carefully selected mainly from the local sake brewing -friendly rice "Hida Horikare", Katsunobu Goto, the company, has been carefully brewing alcohol without any hassle.
Sake, which is made by old -fashioned manual work, such as partially making koji rice using lid koji, has been awarded numerous awards.
