Nigorizakenanakamba - Other sake from Hikami Seishu & Co, Shimane
Description

Nigorizake Nanakamba is an unfiltered, cloudy (nigori) sake from Hikami Seishu in Okuizumo, Shimane, produced under the flagship Nanakamba label. Coarsely filtered to leave rice solids suspended in the liquid, it offers a creamy texture, mild natural sweetness, and a gentle effervescence from residual fermentation. The soft water of the Hii River and Shimane-grown sake rice give this nigori a regionally distinctive, clean-sweet character.
