Description
Nambutojihizo Junmai Genshu draws its name from the Nambu Toji guild, one of Japan's most prestigious toji lineages historically centered in Iwate Prefecture, whose techniques were widely adopted by breweries across the country. Adachihonke Shuzo produces this Yamada Nishiki junmai at full fermentation strength (genshu) without water dilution, resulting in a dense, richly textured sake that honors the guild's reputation for disciplined, sake-forward brewing.
