Description

Honjozo brewed in the super-dry oni-kara style at a Kochi brewery founded in 1893 whose name means 'free from vanity and status.' Made with organically grown contracted rice polished to 70% and bottled as a raw genshu, it carries a sake-meter value of +10 for a powerfully dry, full-concentration character.
