An unfiltered Ginjo from Asahikawa Shuzo in Kahoku Town, Yamagata, brewed with Yamasake 4 rice polished to 50% and left muroka to retain the full character of the fermentation. Yamasake 4 is a cold-climate sake rice developed in Yamagata, contributing to the prefecture's reputation for producing Japan's finest aromatic sake.
