The mellow taste, matured to a Yamabuki (golden yellow) color, harmonizes richly with its deep, soft fragrance. To fully enjoy the rich aroma of each vintage, please drink it slightly chilled or at room temperature in a generous wine glass. You can also enjoy the changes in flavor as the temperature rises in the glass. Warming it to around 40 degrees Celsius will reveal a completely different aromatic profile. It pairs well with relatively strongly flavored dishes, meat, dairy products, and sweets, making it ideal as an aperitif or dessert wine. It goes well with dishes like Haccho miso soup, broiled yellowtail, grilled eel, shrimp in chili sauce, fried chicken, and beef stewed in red wine.
