MK series featuring white koji and sweet acidity MK-Y is an abbreviation of MansakukoBoprojecty, and is a liquor that challenged the taste completely different from the bun flowers. Contains white koji, a koji for shochu, and cultivated yeast collected from the brewery building and brewed it. We use Hinomaru, the original ingredient of our company, for the rice. It has a complicated umami in the back of a transparent acidity. It is especially delicious when you drink it chilled. An exquisite taste with a part of white koji and a mixture of citric acid and complex acidity.
