It has a gorgeous sweet scent, and it is a slightly dry pure rice sake that passes through the throat while feeling a little spicy in the sweetness and umami of the rice that spreads in the mouth. While having a rich taste, the raw flavor is alive, so the sweetness of the rice spreading in the mouth remains as a lingering sound, but it feels refreshing without being too heavy.
