Description
Miwafuku Junmai Daiginjo is the prestige expression of Inoue Shuzo's Miwafuku brand from Hyogo Prefecture. Brewed with rice polished to at least 50% and no added alcohol, this junmai daiginjo emphasizes both aromatic elegance and the pure umami of rice. Hyogo's Yamada Nishiki sake rice, widely regarded as the king of sake rice, is likely a key ingredient given the prefecture's strong cultivation of this variety.
