Description
Josen Rokkooroshi from Inoue Shuzo in Hyogo takes its name from the seasonal rokkooroshi wind that sweeps down from the Rokko mountains into the Nada brewing district each autumn. This cold wind has historically been used by Nada breweries to cool fermentation tanks, and sake released after this natural event is celebrated as freshly matured. The name evokes the crisp, seasonal freshness that defines autumn sake in Hyogo.
