Misasamasamune Josen Genshu

🍶
Description

Misasa Masamune Josen Genshu (undiluted) from Fujii Shuzo in the Misasa Onsen town of Tottori combines the fullness of an undiluted genshu with the brewery's characteristic slightly sweet, mellow profile, developed through over a year of maturation. This brewery, the only survivor among Misasa's historic sake producers and active since at least 1669, draws on well water from the brewery's own grounds in this radium hot spring town famous throughout Japan.
