🍶
Description

From Fujii Shuzo, the only surviving sake brewery in the radium hot spring town of Misasa in Tottori Prefecture, Hakuro Koshu is an aged sake that embodies the brewery's long tradition of patient maturation at this location documented as early as 1669. The 1996 vintage of this Hakuro Koshu won a 2010 IWC Gold Medal, demonstrating that Tottori's quiet mountain brewing culture can produce world-class aged sake.
