Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki polished to 38% is brewed in small lots using bag-pressing and mineral-rich groundwater drawn from 130 meters below Matsuoka Brewing's Saitama cellar. The daiginjo has earned gold medals at the National New Sake Competition for eight consecutive years, the most in Saitama Prefecture's history, showcasing a silky mouthfeel and a refined, floral aroma.
