Description

The green-labeled Kinpai is an everyday table sake blended from Koshi Tanrei and Gohyakumangoku, both polished to 70%, and long recognized as a standard household sake throughout Fukui Prefecture. Ippongi Kubo Honten has been the top-share brewer in the prefecture since its 1902 founding in Katsuyama's Oku-Echizen region. The rice is contract-farmed with full traceability to the individual grower.
