Description
Made from Nippon Bare rice milled to 70%, Mekata is a junmai from Okamura Honke that draws on the rice-forward richness characteristic of the brewery's lower-polish expressions. Slow fermentation at low temperatures and wooden-tank bag-pressing give it a full yet smooth mouthfeel.
