Tsunan -cho in the southern part of Niigata Prefecture is also known as a heavy snowfall area, and the snow that has fallen on the 2,000 -meter -class mountains such as the fog tower is a water source, and is blessed with the rich and clear water selected as the "100 famous waters". 。 This natural spring water is ultra -soft water and is said to be "fine, mellow water of particles" and is used as a warehouse water. It is a sake brewery born from a local voice founded in Sake rice farmers, towns, and JA in 1996. The raw materials are particular about the sake rice "5 million stones" grown by local farmers in Tsunan -cho, and are prepared with rice with a visible face.
