Maihime Daiginjo Oufuu is the flagship daiginjo from Maihime Co. in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture, a brewery established in 1894 along the historic Koshu Kaido road. Brewed with carefully polished sake rice and the pure snowmelt-fed subterranean waters of the Kirigamine Highland, it expresses a refined floral bouquet, silky texture, and a gracefully prolonged finish.
