It is a 'Yuyu' (relaxed and calm) tasting sake, which is finished as a dry sake with a sharp and rich umami, brewed both in the Ginjo and pure rice styles, and further matured leisurely in the brewery. It is the beginning of the Kuroobi series and the most standard Kuroobi, which has been refined by taste professionals, especially in Kanazawa's restaurants, since its release in 1976. Although dry, it doesn't feel harsh, and when warmed, it becomes softer, enhancing its character. It pairs exceptionally well with fish dishes like sashimi and sushi
Aroma and body are estimated from the category and polishing ratio. SMV and acidity are published values.
