
This pure rice sake, brewed with yeast cultivated in the traditional Yamahai method, has been carefully aged in the brewery. It features the distinct sharpness unique to Yamahai brewing and a 'grand' flavor, fully bringing out the umami of rice. It pairs exceptionally well with seafood dishes like sashimi and sushi and is popular in many restaurants in Kanazawa. Its robust flavor can be enjoyed both chilled and warm.
