"Kurane" uses natural water -based and purely domestic sake rice, and thoroughly hand -built liquor, which is prepared by the technique of the legend of the forest, and in addition to "natural music aged" by wave theory, it is a current diet. As a suitable US fermented extract, it is a gem of the brewery that brought out the original taste of sake by aging.
