Description

Kizakura Ginjo Juninencho Hizoushu is a ginjo from Kizakura in Kyoto that has been aged for twelve years (juninencho), transforming the flavor into a deep, amber-toned expression with rich, complex notes of caramel and dried fruit. Long aging is rare in sake production and this hizoushu (treasured sake) represents an extended maturation style.
