Description

Ginjo shizuku sake made from Gohyakumangoku polished to 50%, aged for three years at Tsunan Jozo before release. Long cold-season aging in the deep-snowfall highlands of Niigata rounds out the flavor and adds depth to the delicate ginjo character.
