Aihara Sake Brewery is a small sake brewery founded in 1875 (Meiji 8) in Ninata, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which flourished as a brewing town. I can't make a lot. The luxurious lineup of sake rice, such as Yamada Nishiki, Aiyama, and Omachi, Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture, is a flagship product of the storehouse. The prepared water is clean underwater from the Seto Inland Sea National Park, Mt. Noro.
