Description
Kikukoma Junmai Namachozoshu Komakoyuruaki is a nama chozo (raw storage) junmai from Kikukoma Shuzo in Iwate, pasteurized only once before bottling after cold storage. The name Komakoyuruaki evokes the image of a young foal in the mild autumn, suggesting a seasonal autumn release with a mellow, relaxed character shaped by Iwate's cool northern climate.
