Description

Kikuhime Ginjo is a classic ginjo from Kikuhime Shuzo in Ishikawa, where the brewery applies meticulous craftsmanship to produce a sake with a refined, aromatic character. Ginjo-class polishing removes at least 40% of the rice, yielding a lighter, more fragrant result with the balance of subtle fruitiness, clean minerality, and elegant structure for which Kikuhime is prized.
