Description
Kikuhime Gin is a ginjo-category sake from Kikuhime Shuzo in Ishikawa, brewed with rice polished to at least 60% and fermented at low temperatures to develop fruity, fragrant aromas. Ishikawa's cold winters and pristine water from the Hakusan range provide ideal conditions for delicate ginjo fermentation, resulting in a floral, aromatic expression.
