Description
Kikuhime Daiginjo is a flagship premium sake from Kikuhime Shuzo in Ishikawa, where the brewery is well known for producing some of Japan's most age-worthy daiginjo. Rice is polished to below 50%, allowing for the development of an elegant, floral fragrance and a complex, refined palate shaped by Ishikawa's cold climate and pure snowmelt water from the Hakusan mountain range.
