Description
Kijoshu is a specialized sake style in which finished sake is used in place of water during fermentation, resulting in a naturally sweet, full-bodied character with elevated residual sugars. Nishikatsu Shuzo's Kotobukiorudo carries this traditional sweet-sake designation, rare in modern production.
