KichoJunmai Ginjo

🍶
Description

Ueda Shuzo mills rice to 60% for this junmai ginjo, drawing out a higher fragrance and firmer umami than the standard junmai line. The sake is brewed with Ikoma's underground spring water in Nara — historically recognized as one of Japan's oldest sake-brewing regions. Aromatic and full-bodied, yet clean on the finish.
