It is a masterpiece that polishes Yamada Nishiki, one of the best sake -brewing rice, to 40 %, picks up the underground water of the Kamogawa River flowing from the foot of the Chugoku region and the foot of Mt. It has a fruity scent and a dignified and mellow taste unique to Kumamoto No. 9 yeast.

Okayama
Mimasaka of Okayama blessed with beautiful nature and clear stream. The 350 -year tradition has been built in Nara, Tsuyama City. The origin of the alcoholic name "Kamo Tatsuha" was named after Goba's pine, a clear stream flowing nearby, and Kamo River. In the past, Naramura was a deduction of rice at the end of Takase boat, which had developed Kawaminato as a key point for land and river traffic in the Edo period, and was transporting supplies in the Yoshii River basin. The remnants of the past can be used from the nightlight selected in the hundred view of Tsuyama and the landscape of the Takase boat moored on the river.
