Brewed at Kamihei Shuzo, the sole surviving sake brewery in Tono, Iwate, this upper-grade table sake carries over two centuries of regional brewing tradition. Drawing on soft subterranean water from the Rokkoushi mountain system, it offers an approachable, lightly fragrant character suited to everyday drinking.
