Description
Kamenoi is the flagship label of Kamenoishuzo in Kusu, Oita, a 280-year-old brewery that continues to practice the yamahai brewing method alongside modern ginjo techniques. Soft spring water from the Manen-yama mountain range supplies the brewery.
